The estate is divided into two distinct vineyards: Vigna Grande and Vignolo.

Montecarrubo rises from land shaped over millions of years.
Its soils are layered and complex: volcanic and calcareous components are interwoven with the remains of ancient coral reefs, creating a rare geological mosaic. From parcel to parcel, these variations in the land give rise to different expressions in the glass.
This diversity is at the heart of the estate and one of the defining elements of Montecarrubo’s wines.
Biodiversity
At Montecarrubo, biodiversity is an essential part of the estate’s identity.
The vineyards coexist with olive groves, wild herbs and two large lavender fields, creating a diverse agricultural ecosystem that supports soil vitality and encourages the presence of bees and other beneficial species.
The estate has been certified organic since its foundation and is cultivated according to principles inspired by biodynamic farming, including practices such as green manure and the biodynamic calendar.
This balance between vines, olive trees and spontaneous vegetation helps preserve the natural health of the land and reduce the need for intervention in the vineyard.
Every bottle is the result of meticulous work, with constant attention to the natural balance of the vineyard and deep respect for the environment.
